Friday, May 4th, 2018
4PM-                            Check in to Courtyard Marriott St. Augustine Beach
4PM-6PM                    Optional – Walk across street to Pit Surf Shop – surf board/paddle board pick up
4PM-8PM                   Free time, walk to beach, nearby restaurants and cafes or sight seeing downtown.
8PM- 8:30PM            Retreat group meet up in Lobby- Q & A, Welcome packet
                                    (includes schedule, local info. and goodies)
Saturday May 5th, 2018
8:00AM- 9:00AM         Walk to beach with surfboard, & enjoy surf lesson (optional)
9:00AM- 10:00AM       Complimentary Breakfast ($15)- @ The Bistro (in hotel)
                                           or Beach activities: Surfing, hiking, paddle board etc.
10:00AM-11:00AM       Yoga on the beach, including guided meditation with crystal bowls
11:00AM-12:00PM        Break
12:00pm-1:00pm          Meet up for Beach picnic (lunch and beverages included)
1:00PM – onward          Free time to explore St. Augustine’s many wonderful attractions!
